An oncologist’s appointment will be organized for you without delay, also remotely. Further diagnostics as well as treatments will be organized at our hospital in Helsinki.
This can be done by contacting our staff, either your own care team or our Booking, +358 10 773 2010.

The remote appointments will be carried out via telephone or Kaiku Health video appointment.
If you have booked a telephone appointment, our specialist will call you at a given time.
If you have booked a video appointment, you will need an Internet connection. The appointment will be held via Kaiku Health. You can use Kaiku with your computer, tablet or smart phone.
If you are not a Kaiku user yet, you will receive an invitation to your email after the booking. You will need to register before the appointment. It is a good idea to do this as soon as you get the email.
The video appointment will take place in the Kaiku Health service. Please sign in well in advance (e.g. 10 minutes) prior to the appointment.

The remote appointment will be paid for prior to the appointment in the Docrates epayments –service. Please do this as soon as you have made the booking. You will receive more detailed instructions from our Booking.
If your remote appointment is your first visit to Docrates, we kindly ask you to send all medical documents, pathological statements, diagnostic images and laboratory results to us before the appointment. Should you wish so, we can also arrange for the documents to be transferred to us. For this we will need a written agreement from you.
If your first visit is a video appointment, do register to Kaiku Health in advance via the link you received in email.

Most of the specialist doctors’ first visits and follow up visits can be carried out via remote appointments, as well as nutritional therapy and sexual therapy visits. Our experts will evaluate your situation together with the specialist doctors.

Telephone appointments
A clinic fee of 189 € will be charged covering costs of organizing the patient´s first visit (only for patients not living permanently in Finland). When canceling a confirmed booking, the clinic fee will be charged.
