Docrates Cancer Center is open and able to treat cancer patients safely, without delay even during the coronavirus epidemic.

There have been no diagnosed cases of coronavirus at Docrates. Our medical staff has been trained to detect and manage infectious diseases. In order to protect the health and safety of our patients and offer the best possible care also during the coronavirus epidemic, we have introduced extensive measures to secure patient safety.

We also offer remote appointments to all our patients.

During the epidemic, we recommend remote appointments to all our patients. We suggest that also existing appointments will be carried out remotely. This can be done by contacting our staff, either your own care team or our Booking, +358 10 773 2010. The remote appointments will be carried out via telephone or Kaiku Health video appointment. Further diagnostics as well as treatments will be organized at our hospital in Helsinki.

Please note that in order to provide each patient with the opportunity to have their appointment as soon as possible, we kindly ask you to make any eventual cancellations to booked appointments by no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
